The application will be considered disqualified if it does not meet the criteria listed below and does not have the following documentation attached to your online EdJoin application • Completed Application • A copy of basic skills will be required upon hire (refer to www.ctc.ca.gov for requirements) • Copies of unofficial transcripts with degree posted (BA/MA-Depending on position) • A detailed online copy of credential from the CTC website • Resume (Employee information on the Resume must be consistent with the employment information on the Edjoin Application) • Letters of recommendation (Two (2) Letters of recommendation are required and must be attached to your application. Both letters must include the following: o Date o Must be within the last two years. o Must be hand-signed by the author. o Must include contact information (including cell phone numbers) We will not accept letters without a hand signature, electronically signed letters, or letters without a date or with a date more than 2 years old.

If you are applying to be a substitute, you must have a detailed online copy of your teaching credential from the CTC website or be eligible for a 30-day permit.
