Under the direct supervision of a site administrator, assists in performing a variety of clerical and general office work, to serve as an office receptionist responding to routine inquiries and directing persons to the appropriate offices: may perform a variety of functions pertaining to student health appraisal; to assist in the care of ill or injured students; to administer routine first aid and emergency treatment; may perform a variety of clerical related tasks regarding pupil enrollment and attendance reports; may be responsible for ordering, processing, taking inventory and handling school and/or teacher supplies; perform a variety of responsible clerical and secretarial functions in support of a designated school office’s operations; and to do other related work as required...See job description
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Any combination of experience and training that would provide the required knowledge and skill is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required skill and knowledge would be: graduation from high school or equivalent. Associate degree is preferred. Business training and two (2) years of responsible secretarial or office management experience. Any combination of education, training and/or experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties that may be submitted for the required experience and/or education.
Proof of High School Graduation or higher education, Cover Letter, Reference Letters, and Resume must be uploaded for consideration. - At least one reference must be included from a current supervisor. - Proof of TB will be required upon employment offer.

- Letter(s) of Reference (3 current reference letters dated within 2 years)
- Other (Cover Letter)
- Proof of HS Graduation
- Resume
- Typing Certificate (Required with 40 wpm ~ If needed, the typing test will be conducted at the District Office)
