Job Summary
Under direction from the Maintenance Team Lead, performs plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, locksmithing, painting, glazing, and other repair, construction, or maintenance on school buildings or grounds, and related work as required. The classification of Maintenance Technician II is a semi-skilled technician assigned to work independently, and/or on a team, in all areas related to the maintenance, construction, and/or repair of school buildings or grounds

Proof of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent must be submitted with the application. and A minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience in a position with the same or similar functions and responsibilities, and Verifiable understanding of workplace safety requirements related to each of the trade skills areas listed in the “Definition” section of this job description
