CLASSIFIED HOURLY ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCY ***ON CALL AS NEEDED THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR** FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR ONLY The purpose of the position of Technology Assistant is to provide maximum benefits from the use of technology by assisting students and teachers in the use of the equipment, maintaining and troubleshooting the equipment and software, and by maintaining an equipment and software inventory. School sites have various computers, printers, and other technology equipment.

*PLEASE NOTE* This position is open throughout the school year and Directors hire on an as-needed basis only. When a site has a vacancy, the Director will contact a viable candidate and hold an informal interview on-site. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must meet a rigorous standard of quality by meeting one of the following: - Two years of study at an institution of higher education obtained an associate’s degree (or higher) - Successful passage of a formal local academic assessment or ECESD Competency Exam Attach the following documents:

  • NCLB Compliance (Associate's Degree (or Higher) OR Successful passage of a formal local academic assessment or ECESD Competency Exam)
  • Resume
