Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, perform a variety of complex activities in support of various human resources functions and transactions; prepare, maintain, process and verify personnel data, forms, records and reports; performance of highly responsible and confidential human resources duties. Requirements / Qualifications

This position is open only to in-house classified staff who are currently employed with Hollister School District. External candidates, including substitutes, may not be considered at this time. - High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalency. - Prior job related experience with increasing responsibility. - Experience with diverse student and community populations. - Possess a valid California Driver’s License. - TB clearance. - Accurately type or input data at 40 words per minute. Desirable Qualifications: - Spanish bilingual/bi-literate highly desirable. - AA or higher degree desirable.

  • Proof of HS Graduation
