Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Superintendent, Chief Business Official (CBO) and/or designees, the District Office Receptionist/Financial & Operations Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the District Office, delivering exceptional customer service to families, staff, and the community.

Requirements / Qualifications

Edjoin Applicaiton Resume Letter of Introduction Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (within the last year) AA or equivalent preferred  Spanish speaking preferred Minimum of two (2) years of increasingly responsible secretarial, receptionist, or general office clerical experience. Prior experience with basic accounting/financial recordkeeping or school district operations. 

Must pass a skills assessment test with 70% or better before interested candidates can move forward to the interview process. Employment appointments are contingent upon final approval by the Board of Trustees pursuant to District policy and applicable law.
