Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Expanded Learning, responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising Expanded Learning site operations; monitors, reviews, trains, and evaluates the performance of assigned Expanded Learning personnel; assures compliance with federal, state, local laws and District regulations, policies and procedures, related to the Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELO-P); ensures that the work of the site Expanded Learning Lead is carried out in the Lead’s absence. Handles other operational duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: A Bachelor’s degree with academic major or concentration in management or other related educational field and at least two years of relevant Expanded Learning Opportunity Program experience OR an Associate’s degree or 48 semester units with academic major or concentration in education, management or business or a related field and at least five years of relevant Expanded Learning Opportunity Program site lead experience or equivalent
IF SELECTED THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED: Fingerprint verification at an approximate cost of $64 to the employee; Proof of TB clearance (within 4 years) at employee’s cost or a “Certificate of Completion” signed by a licensed health care provider for the Adult TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire; Certificate of Completion for the CA Mandated Reporter Training, dated after July 1, 2026
