We’re looking for an experienced administrative professional to support the operations of our High School, Middle School, CTE, and VAPA teams. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and may include coordinating office operations, managing projects and records and expenditures, preparing reports, and providing technical direction or training to department staff. Requirements / Qualifications
Education & Experience: * Associate degree and at least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience, or high school diploma and 4 years of related Administrative Assistant experience. * Possess strong oral/written communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with individuals of many diverse styles both within the Springs Charter organization and outside the school. * Must possess strong computer skills and be willing to learn software applications to adequately support department requirements.

This is a higher-level administrative role requiring strong organizational skills, independent judgment, discretion, and the ability to coordinate complex office and project activities. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, handling confidential information, coordinating projects and department operations, and supporting senior leadership with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
