Yard Duty Attendants assist the school in serving the students lunch, supervising them during lunch, playground and/or campus monitoring, and getting the lunch room ready for the next group of students. Particular attention needs to be directed to the health, safety, and conduct of the children. The administration will assign supervisors to specific positions at their discretion. Assist as needed in the cafeteria Assist in cleaning tables Supervise K recess and lunch Supervise 1st through 3rd grade recess and lunch Supervise 4th through 6th grade recess and lunch Know, understand, and enforce school rules Report hazardous conditions and potential problems to the office Make prevention of difficulties your focus Move around the area to supervise. Walk in random patterns to deter behavior Write disciplinary referrals and send students to the office for severe infractions Maintain student confidentiality Actively monitor the students
