Job Summary

Under supervision of the Chief Business Official, serve as the manager of the transportation, food service and facilities use programs as well as provide general support for the District.

Requirements / Qualifications

Graduation from high school and two (2) years of college or university credits or six (6) years of increasingly responsible experience in a program or office management role. KNOWLEDGE OF: Bilingual candidate preferred Workplace technology programs, information systems, applications, and platforms Training, and scheduling of employees Customer service Interpersonal skills including tact, patience and courtesy Oral and written communication skills Safe working methods and procedures

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Driver’s License Department of Justice Fingerprint Clearance TB Clearance May be required to be on-call and/or work flexible schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays (in response to an emergency)
