Job Summary
Job Summary
The Custodian II position maintains County office buildings and grounds in a clean, safe, sanitary, orderly, and secure condition. The role combines hands-on custodial work with coordinating daily operations, directing assigned staff, inspecting completed work, and responding to maintenance or safety needs. Additional responsibilities include preparing facilities for events, securing buildings, operating and maintaining equipment, managing supplies, performing minor repairs, communicating with staff and outside agencies, and maintaining activity records and reports.

Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities outlined in the job description. Successful candidates will advance to the skills exam. Only completed applications will be considered. All fields in the work experience section must be completed.
