Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least one year experience in the preparation of large quantities Must have a valid CA driver's license Must have a Food Handlers Certificate

Exposure to hot and cold temperature, mechanical equipment;
Exposure to sharp knives and mechanical equipment.
Ability to:
Lift, carry, push or pull moderately heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate kitchen equipment.
Carry, push or pull food trays carts materials and supplies.
Reach overhead, above the shoulders, and horizontally.
Bend at the waist, or crouching.
