This is a year-round role focused on student recruitment, family engagement, and community outreach, with the heaviest activity during enrollment season. It's a strong fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and enjoys connecting with community members. The Student Recruitment Assistant is the face of ECS for prospective students, families, and community partners, working closely with site leaders, office managers, and counselors to bring new families to our schools.
