The Day-to-Day Substitute Teacher provides instruction and supervision in Sunol Glen’s TK–8 classrooms when a teacher is absent. The substitute follows the teacher’s lesson plans, maintains a safe and supportive learning environment, and carries out school procedures. A substitute may serve for no more than 30 days for any one teacher during the school year. The permit is valid for one year and is renewable annually.

*Resume *Current TB Test/Assessment Result *DOJ Fingerprint clearance *I-9 Documentation (For example, Driver's License, Passport, Social Security Card). *CA teaching credential or 30-day substitute teaching permit (obtained through ctc.ca.gov)
