Requirements / Qualifications

Under the direction of the Director of Curriculum and Instruction and site administrator, the Intervention and Outreach Teacher is responsible for designing and implementing a high-quality program to provide direct instruction, staff assistance, and curriculum leadership for the purpose of preventing and correcting reading and/or mathematics difficulties. Must have a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and be EL authorized. Must have five years of teaching experience in an elementary or secondary classroom; experience working with intervention programs, and experience facilitating professional learning communities.

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three, no older than a year, signed and dated)
