Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning or designee, coordinate and support the operation of the District Launch Pad career exploration center. Provide career exploration, coaching, and career-connected learning experiences for students and families; develop partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, workforce agencies, and educational partners; support the integration of career awareness activities with classroom instruction; maintain the Launch Pad space, equipment, schedules, and resources; and collect participation and outcome data to evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.

Requirements / Qualifications

Letter of Introduction, current resume, proof of high school diploma or equivalent, and three (3) recent professional letters of recommendation. A valid California Driver License and evidence of insurability may be required for assignments involving travel between District or community locations.

Incomplete applications may not be considered. A valid California Driver License and evidence of insurability may be required for assignments involving travel between District or community locations. Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance and Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance are required as a condition of employment.
