Campus Safety Aides are an integral part of Gabriella Charter School’s student safety and supervision program. The primary role of a Campus Safety Aide is to monitor hallways and support positive student behavior. The Campus Safety Aide will work closely with the Dean of Student Culture and Student Culture Coordinator to appropriately supervise students across the school day by monitoring students in the hallway, and ensuring students follow appropriate out-of-classroom behavior expectations. The Campus Safety Aide plays a vital role in reinforcing the school's culture and expectations through student supervision, building relationships with students, and constant communication and collaboration with the Dean of Student Culture and Student Culture Coordinator.
