Job Title: Ordering Specialist: Homeschool (Invoicing specialist) Reports to: Director of Homeschool Procurement or Administrative Designee Location: Taylion Homeschool/ Remote Position Summary The Ordering Specialist at Taylion High Desert Academy is responsible for managing and coordinating the ordering process for homeschool students and families. This position involves collaborating with vendors, families, and staff to ensure timely and accurate procurement of educational materials, resources, and supplies. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to meet the needs of homeschooling families and comply with school policies and budgetary guidelines. The Vendor Services Department has three areas of focus including order processing, invoicing, and vendor onboarding. From time to time team members are tasked with working within each of the focus areas. We are seeking a team member who has experience with Homeschool purchasing and invoicing. Representative Team Duties •Coordinate and process orders for homeschool students, including educational materials, supplies, and resources. •Act as a liaison between homeschool families, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth ordering processes. •Track, review, and process order requests to ensure they comply with school policies, budgets, and guidelines. •Communicate order statuses, delivery timelines, and any delays or issues with families and staff. •Resolve issues related to vendor discrepancies, damaged goods, or returns. •Maintain detailed records of orders, deliveries, and budgets for individual homeschool students. Assist in developing and improving ordering processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. •Collaborate with other departments such as Accounts Payable and Vendor Specialists to ensure accurate documentation and payment processing. •Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Homeschool Procurement Pro
