Job Summary

The CTE Coordinator Assistant supports the school’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) program with a primary focus on internship placement, work-based learning, industry partnerships, and career-connected opportunities for CTE pathway students and completers. This position works closely with teachers, counselors, students, businesses, and community partners to connect students with meaningful experiences aligned with their career interests, skills, and postsecondary goals. Knowledge of CTE, career pathways, work-based learning, and career readiness Strong communication and relationship-building skills with students, staff, businesses, and community partners Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple students, employers, schedules, and placements Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision Ability to communicate professionally with business and industry representatives Ability to maintain accurate records and track program participation and outcomes Experience in education, CTE, career development, workforce development, or business/industry partnerships preferred
