Job Summary
Under direction of Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, perform highly-skilled, confidential and complex administrative support duties for a cabinet-level District administrator; organize and coordinate communications and clerical activities to assure efficient division operations.

KNOWLEDGE OF: Human Resources office function, practices and procedures. Best practices related to personnel. Principles, techniques, procedures and terminology involved in the recruitment, screening, processing and compensation of personnel. Applicable laws, codes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of increasingly responsible experience involving frequent contact with the public. Previous experience working with confidential records and exposure to a human resources department environment preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS: District office environment; subject to frequent interruptions, demanding timelines and contact with district employees and the public.
