We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our Magnolia Public Schools (MPS) development team as the Grants Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the development, management, and implementation of grant programs across MPS. The Grants Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of our grant programs by promoting supportive and inclusive grant management processes that address the diverse needs of the grantee community. This individual will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief External Officer. The Grants Manager will be a key driver in creating a nurturing and inclusive grant application process that fosters the overall success of grantees. Their expertise and dedication to grant initiatives will be integral to fulfilling our mission of providing high-quality academic programs and support to historically underinvested communities. Responsibilities: Grant Development: Lead the implementation strategy for grant program development in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with program leaders and community partners to ensure comprehensive and effective grant programs are integrated into the organizational mission. Grant Management: Manage the grant application process from sourcing to submission, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and regulations. Develop and monitor grant budgets and timelines to ensure the successful implementation of grant projects. Grant Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports and other required grant compliance documentation to funders. Manage grantee reporting requirements and ensure necessary data is collected and reported accurately. Staff Training and Support: Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff and grantees to enhance their understanding and skills in grant development and management.
