Under the supervision of school site administration and the program instructor, the Instructional Aide – Mariachi Support Staff provides operational and instructional assistance during evening Mariachi program sessions. The ideal candidate will support students during rehearsals, assist with instrument care and setup, and help maintain a safe, encouraging environment for all program participants. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include: *Provide active supervision and support to elementary students during program hours (5:30 PM – 8:45 PM). *Take attendance, manage student logistics, and assist with dismissal processes. *Reinforce basic musical concepts, rhythm, or vocal practice in small groups or one-on-one as guided by the instructor. *Maintain a positive, safe, and culturally enriching learning environment.
