$2,555 for 15 years
$5,108 for 18 years
$7,662 for 20 years
$10,216 for 22 years

Phase 1 - Application: Candidates apply to the Principal Interest Pool on EdJoin.
Requirements:
- Valid credential authorizing services as a California school administrator.
- Valid teaching credential.
- Current Assistant Principal, Vice Principal, or Administrator with a minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience.
Phase 2 - Highly Qualified Eligibility List
- Highly qualified candidates will be notified as open positions become available.
- Those interested will be included in the next phase of the interview process, which will include:
* A 90-day action plan
* A community panel interview
Please Note:
For secondary sites:
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience at the secondary level required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience at the secondary level required.
