Job Summary
Compass Literacy is Hiring! Compass literacy is looking for experienced educators to prep and teach engaging, small-group reading and writing classes after school. We know that learning to read and write confidently at grade level – and beyond—can be challenging for some students in a traditional classroom setting. Our small-group classes give teachers the opportunity to provide explicit, targeted instruction while tailoring lessons to the individual needs of each student. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where students can strengthen their skills, build confidence, and experience success as readers and writers.
