Under direction, this lead-level technical maintenance position is responsible for overseeing and performing custodial work at a site such as an elementary school, ensuring the school campus is safe, clean, and secure for students, staff, and visitors. This role involves assigning, inspecting,and coordinating the work of the custodial staff, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and special event setups, and maintaining facility operations, including HVAC and safety systems. The Plant Foreman I works closely with school administrators to address work orders, manage supplies and inventory, and handle minor repairs, while providing leadership and training to the custodial team.
