Job Summary
The ECRCHS Head Coach, Girls Softball is responsible for managing the entire softball program. This includes, but is not limited to, putting together a coaching staff, assembling a team, scheduling practices, tournaments, and competitions. The head coach must communicate effectively with fellow coaches, players, parents, the Athletic Director, and personnel as well as supervise assistant coaches. The head coach is also involved with various fundraising endeavors and support organizations.
