Position Summary The Site Director is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and quality of ProYouth’s after-school programming at nine assigned Self-Help Enterprises (SHE) community centers. The Site Director ensures each location provides a safe, welcoming, engaging, and consistent program that supports the academic, social, emotional, and personal development of participating youth. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Site Director provides direct supervision, training, coaching, and evaluation of Program Leader I staff assigned to each community center. The Site Director conducts regular site visits, monitors program implementation and student attendance, supports family and community engagement, ensures completion of CACFP snack requirements and program documentation, and assists staff with increasing program participation. The Site Director works closely with Program Leaders, ProYouth administration, and SHE administration to address operational needs, maintain consistent communication, ensure compliance with ProYouth and SHE policies and procedures, and support high-quality programming across all nine assigned community centers. Work Schedule & Assigned Locations Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Year-round position 5 hours per day Site Oversight Responsibilities The Site Director is responsible for providing leadership, program oversight, and staff support at the following locations: Almond Court - Wasco Solinas Village - McFarland Las Arroyos - Farmersville Nupchi Xo'oy - Porterville Palm Terrace - Lindsay Rancho Colegio - Visalia Santa Fe Commons - Tulare Sequoia Commons - Goshen Sierra Village - Dinub
Requirements / Qualifications
Primary Role and Responsibilities Provide academic, social, and behavioral support to students with special needs, both individually and in small groups. Help implement lessons and activities, reinforcing concepts and providing individual or small-group support Help maintain a safe and secure learning environment and assist with managing classroom behavior. Create a physically and emotionally safe environment at site for both staff and students Ensure that every student feels known, accepted, valued and respected; communicating in ways that build and maintain high levels of trust Maintain awareness of ProYouth Program goals and processes Comply with ProYouth Employee Handbook and other Policies and Procedures Build positive and professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, ProYouth executive and administrative staff, site principal, teachers and parents Complete responsibilities accurately and on time Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned within scope and range of training and knowledge base.
Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, High School diploma or equivalent AND 48 completed College Units OR NCLB Paraprofessional Certification A minimum of two years’ experience working with youth is desirable

Must receive TB clearance.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
A valid California Driver’s License
