Rocklin Unified School District is seeking a Business Services Technician II – Purchasing to coordinate District purchasing requests, contract workflows, and operational compliance. Working under the supervision of the Fiscal Operations Manager, this position provides purchasing and contract support to school sites and departments while ensuring alignment with Board policy, SACS coding, and District procedures. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work, with pride in managing both day-to-day site support and the detailed documentation, tracking, and follow-through needed to keep complex processes moving from start to finish.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION: Combination of education and training equivalent to two years of college with focus in accounting, record keeping, and computer application principles and practices. EXPERIENCE: Three years of increasingly responsible technical accounting experience, preferably in purchasing. Applicants must apply online through Edjoin at www.edjoin.org. by the deadline date.
