DEFINITION: Under the direction of an assigned Administrator or Supervisor, monitor vacancy status report and oversee the classified and certificated posting processes; performs a variety of responsible, technical and lead human resources clerical functions and activities; provides leadership in the planning, organization and conduct of recruitment, selection and employment processes; assists in the planning, organization, development and maintenance of a comprehensive human resources record management, storage and retrieval system, and performs other related work as assigned and/or required; document and report a variety of technical and analytical data involved in the certificated and classified human resources programs of the District; perform other job-related duties as assigned and/or as required.

FOREIGN TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION
Individuals who have completed course work at an institution in a country other than the United States must obtain a complete evaluation of foreign transcripts/degrees, prior to applying for a position, and attach a copy to the application electronically. The foreign transcripts must be evaluated by one of the approved organizations, listed on the Rialto Unified School District website, in order to be accepted. These organizations are private enterprises who charge a fee for their services. Individuals pursuing a foreign transcript evaluation must follow the procedures outlined by the organization providing the evaluation. In all instances, original, official documentation will be required when requesting the evaluation.
Note: To obtain examination credits, veterans must electronically attach a copy of a DD214 (proof of service and/or disability) verification to the application.
