Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Secondary Education, provide district-wide leadership, coordination, and systemic support to all aspects of the secondary instructional and counseling programs. The Counselor on Special Assignment (COSA) will design a unified, data-driven post-secondary planning pipeline and lead equity-driven initiatives to expand advanced coursework access. This role provides coaching, resource development, and coordination for elementary and secondary teachers, school counselors, and support staff to ensure post-secondary readiness for all students.

1. California Pupil Personnel Services Credential 2. Letter of Introduction 3. Three Letters of recommendation (within the last year and at least one from an immediate supervisor) 4. Copies of Transcripts (external only)
