Requirements / Qualifications
- Completion of a technical course in computer hardware and software (e.g., A+) or network operating systems or equivalent - Completion of 48 semester or 72 quarter units in computer information systems, information technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university - High School Diploma or equivalent - Five years of experience in maintaining enterprise-level network communications systems, two of which directly support end-user personnel - Please read "Job Description/Essential Elements" above to review additional required experience for this position DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION FOR THIS POSTING: - Associate degree or higher in computer information systems, information technology or related field from an accredited college or university - Experience supporting multi-site Wide Area Network operations - Microsoft and Cisco network management experience - Experience with Voice Over IP Cisco IOS
Proof of certificates, education, etc. will be required upon recommendation for employment.
