**The District reserves the right to close the recruitment regardless of the date or length of the posting period** Start date: ASAP Work Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Subject to change by District) DEFINITION Under the supervision of the Food Service Director or Designee, provides assistance to Food Service employees; performs skilled, manual and complex level of functions and activities in production, preparing, scratch cooking, baking, recipe adjustments, and serving of large quantities and varieties of foods; adheres to recipes, regulations, and standards; maintains meal accommodations for students; coordinates student helpers; assists with and maintaining of records; maintains Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) program; maintains food services facilities and equipment in a safe, clean and sanitary manner; and assists Food Service Manager. Performs other related work as necessary or required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Required Experience: Three (3) years of experience in quantity food preparation; Scratch cooking in a commercial, institutional or school setting; Three (3) years as a Food Service Assistant II (preferred) Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; Maintain current valid Safety and Sanitation Certificate

The written test will be held at the Magnolia School District Office (2705 W. Orange Ave., Anaheim, CA 92804).
