Requirements / Qualifications

-Equivalent to graduation from high school and/or any combination of experience and training to provide the required knowledge and skill. An AA degree, or 2 years equivalence of acceptable college coursework, or successful passage of an acceptable rigorous assessment is highly preferred. -Experience with specialized populations with behavior needs -Registered Behavior Technician Certification, or willingness to obtain and maintain registration as Behavior Technician within the 4 months of hire into the position -40 hours Registered Behavior Technician Training desired/Must be currently CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) trained or be willing to complete CPI training upon employment. -Possess a valid California driver's license and maintain insurability -Transport students from time to time as required, in a district vehicle. -Possess or obtain First Aid and CPR certification as required. -Copy of Transcript(s) -Letter of interest -Resume -Letter of Recommendations (3)
