Required Qualifications: Knowledge of the safe use and operation of equipment and chemicals used in janitorial and custodial work Ability to read, speak, and write in English and perform basic mathematical calculations Demonstrates knowledge of, and support, Voices Academies mission, vision, values, standards, policies, procedures, instructions, confidentiality standards and ethical behavior Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties Works well in a high paced environment Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of janitorial experience Ability to read, speak, and write in Spanish

Working Conditions: Regular requirement to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, see, read, speak, reach, stretch with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch Lift, carry, push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.), etc. Exposure to cleaning solutions, disinfectants, chemicals, dust, fumes, noise, bacteria, bodily fluid, etc. Evening and or weekend work Occasional travel Willingness to be trained as needed
