Job Summary
The Girls Head Varsity Soccer Coach is responsible for leading and developing the high school girls soccer program. Duties include planning and conducting practices, developing game strategies, teaching fundamental and advanced soccer skills, and promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic success. The coach supervises assistant coaches, evaluates player performance, maintains compliance with school and athletic association policies, communicates with student-athletes and parents, and ensures a safe and positive environment for all participants. Additionally, the coach oversees program development, equipment management, and offseason training activities.
Requirements / Qualifications
Prior coaching experience at the high school level or higher is preferred, though qualified candidates with comparable experience are encouraged to apply.

Internal candidates will be considered first with Certificated personnel being priority followed by classified and other personnel.
