Job Summary

A Short-Term Paraprofessional/Playground Supervisor supports teachers and school staff in creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for students. This role assists with classroom instruction, provides individualized and small-group support to students. During recess and other non-classroom times, the employee supervises students to ensure their safety, encourages positive interactions, enforces school rules, and responds appropriately to conflicts or emergencies.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Two or more years of experience working with and/or supervising children in the educational setting preferred
