Job Summary
The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides behavioral health services to youth through the allcove model. This position delivers individual, family, group, and crisis intervention services while coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams and connecting youth and families to community resources. The therapist provides clinical supervision, consultation, and support to associate clinicians and trainees, promotes evidence-based and youth-centered practices, collaborates with community partners, and maintains a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet program and youth needs.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. • Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) issued by the State of California. • Experience serving students in alternative education preferred.
