REQUIRED Credential: Adaptive Physical Education Added Authorization. The Adaptive Physical Education added authorization is an add-on authorization for the holder of a valid pre-requisite credential, Candidates possessing one of the following pre-requisite credentials and a desire to participate in an Adaptive Physical Education program are encouraged to apply. Required Pre-Requisite Credentials: • Single Subject, Physical Education • Multiple Subject • Education Specialist. The base may be preliminary or clear. Individuals holding a pre-requisite credential are required to have completed twelve semester units of physical education coursework and a minimum of three semester units in both kinesiology and motor development to be eligible to enroll in a commission-approved program in for the Adapted Physical Education add-on authorization.

All of the following MUST be uploaded to this Edjoin application: Letter of Interest Current Resume Letters of Recommendation (3 preferred with at least one being someone who supervised you) All college transcripts, including BA degree and any beyond.
