School-Based Therapist/Registered Intern
Part-Time/Small Private High School/On-Site
We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative licensed therapist or registered intern to provide individual, parent and family school-based counseling services at a small private high school.
This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working with adolescents and wants to be part of a supportive, close-knit school community. The position offers meaningful clinical experience, flexibility and the opportunity to develop a private practice caseload alongside school-based work.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling and emotional support to high school students
- Support students with social-emotional, academic, family, and developmental concerns
- Collaborate appropriately with school staff, families, and other members of the students support team
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow professional and ethical standards
- Participate in the school community and contribute to a positive, supportive environment
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school and clinical policies
Schedule
- On-site Thursdays 9-3
- One additional weekday 9-3 if needed for caseload
- Additional telehealth hours may be available depending on interest and clinical needs

Qualifications
- Licensed therapist or registered intern working towards licensure
- Experience or strong intertest in working with adolescents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a student-centered approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the school community
