We're seeking our next Principal to lead Del Vallejo Leadership & STEAM Academy! We're looking for a dynamic, visionary instructional leader ready to take our school to the next level — someone with a clear vision, genuine excitement for middle-level education, and the drive to strengthen instructional excellence and foster a positive, forward-moving school culture. The Principal is responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and monitoring all activities of the school site. We're looking for a leader who will: - Bring a clear, compelling instructional vision and the ability to communicate it effectively to staff, students, and families. - Bring energy and enthusiasm for the unique needs of early adolescent learners. - Demonstrate a track record of innovative, solutions-oriented leadership in a vibrant, high-activity school environment. - Show strong instructional leadership skills, including the ability to coach and develop teaching staff. - Build trust and momentum quickly within an active, engaged school community.
