Job Summary
Under the supervision of the principal, assistant principal, and Student Support Specialist TOSA, will provide direct support to the certificated and classified staff at the school site. The Student Support Assistant will provide immediate intervention and support for identified students with behavioral challenges, assist with the collection of data and the development and monitoring of student support plans, reinforce replacement behaviors for students requiring intervention, manage challenging student behaviors, and provide regular feedback to site administration and staff regarding the collection of student behavior data.
