Job Summary
West Contra Costa Unified School District is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to serve as Director of Maintenance and Operations. Under the direction of the Associate Superintendent of Operations, this position plans, organizes, and directs the day-to-day operations of Maintenance, Operations, and Custodial Services. Responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and repair of District buildings, facilities, grounds, vehicles, and equipment; supervising and evaluating staff; managing departmental budgets and resources; ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements; and maintaining safe, clean, secure, and orderly facilities throughout the District.
