The role of the Instructional Assistant Special Education III is to assist students with extensive support needs in the specific learning activities, assist the teacher in monitoring students in the areas of social-emotional, behavior, academic progress, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and assist with instructional and related non-instructional duties.
Requirements / Qualifications
Proof of high school graduation (diploma; GED; high school transcripts) AND NCLB/ESSA compliance (College transcripts 48 units or more from an accredited college or university; AA degree or higher or CODESP/Local Assessment/CBEST test)One to three months related experience and/or training Resume and Letter of Recommendations
