The JV Boys Water Polo Head Coach oversees team development, instructs fundamental skills, and fosters sportsmanship under the Varsity coach and Athletic Director. Key Responsibilities : Program Collaboration - Work closely with the Varsity Head Coach to align JV practices and overall program philosophy Administration - Assist with inventory, equipment care, and ensure student-athlete compliance with school requirements Communication: Maintain professional communication with parents, student-athletes, and staff
