<Company Overview> Kreative Community Services is an enhanced behavior support day program for adults with developmental disabilities. Our primary mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals through tailored behavioral services and community integration, fostering independence and personal growth. <Position Overview> We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will implement individualized behavioral interventions, support clients with developmental disabilities—including autism—and assist in data collection and progress monitoring. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while working within a collaborative, supportive environment. <Shift Hours> Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm Closed weekends, holidays, nights Must be available all hours (30 hours/week) <Experience> Prior personal or professional experience with children or adults with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder (ASD). <Responsibilities> Service Provision -Provide direct care for individuals with disabilities -Assist individuals with service and support needs -Monitor individual progress and ensure health and safety -Provide necessary physical assistance as needed to Individuals -Implement program plans as trained to teach new skills and provide behavioral -intervention within the community -Encourage individuals to express their preferences, make choices, and maximize their?skills Training/Certifications -Maintain required training/documentation (CPR, First Aid, etc.) Program Coordination -Complete and submit required paperwork -Follow KCS policies and procedures Safety -Ensure the health and safety of all clients by adhering to standard procedures <Benefits> Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Chiro insurance <Education> High school or equi
