Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible clerical experience, preferably in education; training or experience in personnel desirable. • Experience and/or course work/training in the Human Resources field is preferred. (Knowledge of: Contract agreements, Education Code as it applies to personnel issues, Fair Labor Standards Act, and other laws governing school employees.) • Pass the District Exam.
