Job Summary
This position will be funded through CCAP-specific resources and will focus exclusively on expanding access to college-level coursework for students who are currently underrepresented in our dual enrollment and articulated pathways. This is a grant-funded position for the 2026-2027 school year. It is a 50% position. There are 4 part-time positions available.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: • Valid Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Counseling • Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field. • Minimum of two (2) years of successful counseling experience. • Proven ability to work competently with district and school leaders, school site staff, and external community partners • Experience in fostering high-trust relationships with diverse educational partners including • parents, and healthcare providers LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Counseling. • Valid California driver's license.
Required Documents: • Current Resume • Letter of Intent (addressed to: Colin Young, Human Resources Director, Personnel Support Services) • Copy of Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credenital in School Counseling • Three (3) Letters of Recommendation signed within the last 12 months (it is recommended that at least one (1) come from an immediate supervising administrator).
