- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field required, Master’s degree preferred. - Demonstrated experience partnering with families in educational or community settings to support student success through attendance improvement, intervention coordination, and family engagement initiatives. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. - Experience facilitating SST, COST, or other intervention processes is highly desirable. - Valid California driver’s license to conduct business.
