Maintains the physical plant and grounds to specified standards of
operational condition to provide students and staff with a clean, safe,
attractive, comfortable, and efficient learning environment.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Ability to perform physically demanding work, such as moving furniture and equipment, grounds work.
3. Ability to learn quickly; to follow directions, both oral and written.
4. Ability to read instructions and directions in English.
5. Ability to stay on task, to develop and follow routine schedules without constant supervision.
6. Hold a valid California Driver’s License.
7. Ability to work harmoniously and cooperatively with adults.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. One year of experience in custodial or maintenance work.
2. Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and materials
