Requirements / Qualifications
Current CPR/AED Certification, First Aid Card, Coaching Certificate, NFHS Concussion Certificate, NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate, NFHS Heat Illness Certificate and knowledge of adolescent psychology required. Valid TB test, Fingerprint clearance, Keenan course completions, and all other RJUHSD mandated certificates. All coach clearance certifications and requirements as stated on the RJUHSD website. Please note: First Aid and CPR/AED must be a hand's on training course, we do not accept on-line courses.

The Varsity Baseball Assistant Coach assists the Head Coach in all aspects of the high school baseball program. The position is responsible for promoting student-athlete development, teaching baseball fundamentals, supporting competitive excellence, and fostering a culture of sportsmanship, accountability, and academic success. The Assistant Coach serves as a positive role model and representative of the school and athletic department.
